Artrageous Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Delivery
a. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver in a quick and convenient time frame.
b. If you need to have a delivery scheduled in the state of Colorado, taxes are based where the furniture is delivered to.
c. If you pick up or you pay for your own 3rd party delivery service to pick up and deliver, taxes are based on the sales & pickup location.
d. Current tax rate as of Winter of '22 is 6.75% for the city of Centennial, Colorado.
e. Receiving merchandise
i. Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly.
ii. If significant damage is evident, refuse delivery.
iii. If slight or minor damage is evident, please note on the delivery ticket, take pictures, and notify your sales representative or management.
iv. Please see the refund policy.
2. Out of State Delivery
a. We can ship anywhere in the lower 48 states utilizing a third party transportation service.
b. As such we can offer delivery, setup, and removal of packaging debris from the home in most of our orders. This is considered a white glove delivery.

3. Customer Pickup
a. Customers can schedule pickup Monday through Saturday during business hours.
b. Please notify your sales representative if this is your intention so we may have warehouse staff available. the furniture is delivered to.
c. You are responsible for loading, securing, and providing any moving equipment such as tie downs, straps, moving blankets, etc...
    i. Any damage occurred in loading and transporting is your responsibility.
